Normal check in is
between 3:00PM and 7:00PM. If these times are not
convenient, please let us know.

Check
Out:
|
Normal check
out is by 12:00PM. Any time after that will be considered an
additional day and charged to you accordingly unless prior
arrangements have been made.

Guest Pets:
|
We share our lives
with several outside dogs and inside cats. Sorry, but we are
unable to accommodate any guest pets.
|
Smoking:
|
Smoking is not
permitted in the rooms. However, you are welcome to use the
patio or terrace.
|
Food:
|
We serve a full
breakfast between 7:30AM and 9:30AM. The night before you
will be given a menu from which you can make a breakfast
selection. We can e-mail you our current menu upon request.
If you have special food requirements, please let us know in
advance as the nearest grocery store is 35 miles away. We
are not permitted to serve lunch and dinner, but there are
numerous eating establishments in the area and advance planning is
recommended. There are no cooking facilities in the guest
rooms.

Deposit:
|
Your reservation is
guaranteed only after we receive a deposit equal to one night's
stay. This deposit (in the form of a personal check) must
reach us within seven (7) days of your request for a reservation,
and a conformation package will be sent upon its receipt. We
are unable to accept credit cards at this time.

Cancellation
and Refunds:
|
Deposits will be
refunded in full if cancellation notification is received 14 days
prior to reservation date; otherwise, 20% will be deducted from
your deposit refund.
